I  love LOVE  working out with the kettle bell.
Here’s what we did in a class the other day.

No rest breaks. Keep it moving baby.

25 KB Dead lifts

10 push-ups
20 KB High Pulls
10 push-ups
15 two-arm KB Swings
10 push-ups
10 KB  Goblet Squats
10 push ups

5 Sprints

Do the sequence again
4 Sprints

Do the sequence again
3 Sprints

Do the sequence again
2 Sprints

Do the sequence again
1 sprint

Rest.
End of workout.
